Verilog AMS Files

Another very powerful tool included in QUCS Studio is the capability of using models described in Verilog AMS.

It is important to notice that Verilog has various "flavours" and the one that is valid for QUCS Studio is this AMS version. At least. a part of it. Let see that in a while.

A detailed explanation of the whole capabilities of Verilog AMS can be found in the following link: (PDF file. Verilog AMS reference manual)

Verilog AMS. Lenguage reference level

The use of Verilog AMS in QUCS Studio is made by a kind of  intermediate compiler named Xyce/ADMS. The best way of understanding the mecanism of this way of translation is visiting the site where all this information is explained in detail.

In this page some useful Verilog AMS files will be hosted. I hope they you will find them interesting- And any comment regarding the files linked here will be wellcome, of course ...

EXAMPLES OF VERILOG AMS:

1.- One simple example to begin with: A Verilog AMS DCDC model:

4.- A new voltage controlled voltage source with polynomial dependency using Verilog AMS:
