In this section you will find SPICE models for QUCS and other similar stuff. It will not be only the SPICE models, in many cases. Other related files will be published here too. For example, in case of SPICE models for high frequency transistors, if it is possible to test them against scattering parameters files or similar, the files where the testing is performed will be included too.
Other models will find hosting in this page. Combinations of SPICE models and other elements will form a more high level components that will be included here.

In the following link you will find all the transistors of the RF Transistor library published by Infineon in their website. The models are collected into one single QUCS Studio project and the list of the models are detailed in the Main page of this site.

26-12-2020. RF Passive Components library for QUCS Studio
In the following entry of this blog, several models for passive componets suitable to build high frequency circuits in QUCS Studio are presented. It is delivered in a qucs project file that is accesible in the Spice and Models section of this site.
The models contained are the following:
High frequency 0603 resistor
High frequency 0402 resistor
High frequency 0402, type wrap, resistor
High frequency 0201 resistor
All of them, from VISHAY manufacturer
In the file it is include also a kit of inductor values, 0603 geometry, type CS, from COILCRAFT.
